This hotel offers a decent stay with clean rooms and a great view of the Dubai Frame. Its proximity to the airport is a major plus. However, the customer service lacks warmth, with staff appearing annoyed. The property is a bit run-down, with issues like a faulty flush. Noise from the club parties until 4 AM might disturb light sleepers. Food is okay, but overall, it’s suitable if you can tolerate the drawbacks.

1week stay is unforgetable for us as a couple. My boyfriend that came from korea really love the vibes and the staffs handling. Very accomodating.. Everyday room housekeeping.. We'll surely comeback again 🥰

The worst experience ever. We couldn’t stay for one night even , I had to check out at 12 am because I couldn’t mange to handle the conditions of the room . Not suitable for families at all.

The rooms are incredibly spacious and well-appointed, with a comfortable setup that includes a TV, coffee tables, sofa and a fantastic desk, perfect for getting some work done. The staff were professional, friendly and attentive, making sure all my needs were met. The highlight, though, was the amazing Wi-Fi speed, which made both work and streaming seamless. Overall, a great experience—I would definitely recommend it to anyone.

Hotel is at good location. Bus stop or Metro are near by. Lot of food stalls near by.
Hotel staffs are very friendly.
It’s an old hotel and not well maintained. You will have noise from pubs below till early morning.
View toward frame is beautiful from Hotelil.
