Amazing place. Everything was on point.

There were misleading informations, also when we booked the hotel it clearly saysa  that it is a three bedroom apartment, when we got to the hotel they gave us a different room. Staff also are not accommodating at all.

One of good property i stayed till date.The greenery around the property is like awesome.The hospitality was good.we wanted a late check out and they agreed without charging extra money.Rooms were spacious.

Hotel interior is so old and also sewerage system of washroom also no good … Rooms also have smell …Anyway no good experience ☹️

This should be removed from any hotel and travel agency  one of most dirty hotel ever stayed   Old room ,  dirty roof.  Dirty bathroom even Bedroom bedding. Lost white color  ….

Rooms are okay but the reception is quite dirty and staffs are not helpful, tv and lampshades are not working inside the room.

Close to main road but cleanliness, interior decoration, utensils leaves alot to be desired

Emanuel is a clean and hardworking guy who loves his work and must be promoted because he is hardworking and nice. I love him because he works hard and hard  And he is respectable and very classy  He really deserves promotion.

When we arrived, the piccolo threw my suitcase into the room so the suitcase was broken immediately. When I asked  what he wanted to do with it, he answered me, I had to talk to the manager. After long time, when I found the manager, he told me they don't have insurance! After I told them that I have to go to police, they replaced the used suitcase with a big hole in it.   We had paid for a check-in time at 1:30 PM but we had to wait until 4:00 PM before our rooms were ready!  We had paid for a room with 2 twinbeds + 1 sofabed - i.e. we were 5 persons - we paid for 5 persons - not 4. However, it was not a sofabed but an ordinary sofa! The sheets, the towels, the soap, the shampoo, the pillow, the mattress for the sofa was missing as well! The bat tub was very dirty! The bathroom had cold water all the time. Some other guests told us about a button to press to heat the water! When we asked staff, they said thats this is the way it is. We were informed in advance.   Calling the reception over the phone in the room, there was no response. When I complained, they gave me a blanket and a pillow without a sheet - and no plaid. It took an hour more before we got these items.   At he hotel, we had ordered breakfast for 5 people. However, we told that we could breakfast for only 4 people. The tables in the hotel restaurant were only for 4 people each. One of us were told to leave the dining room because of this. I asked to speak to the manager. He was not sorry. He said we were registered with 4 people - even though we had paid for 5 people. After speaking firmly to the manager, all of us were finally allowed to have breakfast.  They were not even sorry about the extremely bad service.   If I was an employee at this hotel, I would be ashamed.

I have visited many hotels around the world and stayed for atleast minimum 2/3 days in each hotel. Out of all my hotel experiences this is the worst hotel in my entire life.   Let me start from the beginning , while doing my reservation I have booked Deluxe studio king which indicate in the booking that I should have King size bed. But at the time of checkin they provide me two twin bed instead. I have specifically booked king size bed because I can't sleep in single bed. Anyways after that the interior of the hotel I would say its fair no complains about it even though its rated 4 star which is 100% lie and WiFi is disaster. There are nothing about this property can make you go a little easier.   Staff at the hotel? I think they should work in a organization where they can demand or can be rude to the guest or customer. But for a hotel staff they are just useless. Specially the girl at the reception ( don't wanna mentioned the name) is one of the worst receptionist in all my experience. She doesn't even look at your eyes while talking to you and so rude. Yes she must be busy but she need to know how to do multi task. If you want any help from the this staff then forget about it it will never come to you.   For a 4 star rated hotel it should way more facilities in the property. In my opinion there are no stars rated for this property. Oh I forget to mention it if you like to have a soup than you probably get a bowl from home or else you will end up having it in plate.    Location wise I would say ”Mehh” as for a taxi you need to wait for long time, nothing on time.    Overall it was my last three nights disaster and nightmare in this property.
