The location is good, unfortunately when i came the room was not ready yet so i was wait for long time. But ************* finally i got room with balcony but with 2 single bed (before i booked for double bed). The room is spacious, i love it because they have washing machine and small kitchen because it is apartment type. Breakfast not so good, the service was late. Overall good, for long stay it is good because they have washing machine and kitchen.

This hotel has very good service
One day we went out and the house was tidied up when we came back.

The room had a washing machine, microwave, refrigerator, TV, and a sink. But the hygienic situation is not optimistic. The default mode of the washing machine is 4 and a half hours, which is dry cleaning. If there is jam waiting on it when you put it in, it will be a big stain when you take it out after 4 and a half hours. It needs to be adjusted to 13 and washed with water for 1.5 hours, but I was shocked when I took it out, and it was full of dust on the clothes. The front desk and service staff of the hotel are very good. They are qualified, polite and kind. The room is relatively clean. The room I live in only has one knife and it is very small. Hotel appartment location - 5mins walk to SHARAF DG metro, 15mins walk to Burjman, grocery shop opposite to the property. Taxis easily available. Check in was smooth. The room had all basic amenities washing machine, locker, cooking utensils, plates , spoons, cleaning liquids, microwave, kettle, fridge, iron board, tea / coffee /sugar pots and 1 complimentary bottle of water. Room service offered a set menu @additional cost. A list of restaurants with their menus were available in the room via zomato or talabat or directly with the restaurant.. a nice initiative. Breakfast spread was good not a wide variety to choose but good enough to satisfy different nationalities. A sit out with chairs and small table was available as well. Toiletries etc were provided as well. Bed pillows and the sofa bed was just too good. After a days tour, it helped a lot to relax. Overall loved the place and good one for families. Special Thanks to Madan Sharma and his team.

I want to take this opportunity to thank all the members of my stay more than just pleasant but very pleasurable. The Savoy Crest Hotel has always been like a home away from home and it had been some time in between from my last stay to my most recent one. Even though it had been a while the Hotel never forgot about me including me on all Holiday occasions and that is a wonderful to know that you are being thought of. Being a Guest means so much when it comes to excellent customer, quality care, prompt service and attention to detail and these are all qualities exhibited by the Hotel Staff at Savory Crest Hotel in Dubai. I had an opportunity to reconnect with old friends and new ones regarding the staff. The warmth and the kindness radiated through the smiles, politeness, and the greetings received when entering or exiting the hotel for the day. I can see that the staffing continues to take pride in their work and it's not just a job but an opportunity to expand themselves professionally. The cleanliness of the rooms, lobby, and the elevators illustrates just how much the hotel staff appreciates the Guests with a health consciousness decorum. I want to thank Mr. Farouhk Sunnyh, Group General Manager for the communication we had in my booking and for the great staff at the Hotel because you make each of my stays a rewarding and relaxing experience. I try to take the names of as many of the staff that I can to recognize the professionalism and positive attitude displayed during my visit but there, too, some unsung staff members that is not inclusive of my list, but I want to acknowledge you for the great work that you and the entire team do, and your hard work does not go unnoticed.
