Well-located hotel - 10 minutes to the beach (and then provided there is no direct passage through first-line hotels), within easy walking distance of the JBR-1 tram stop, to Marina Mall - 15 minutes on foot, faster than by tram). Well, the Walk is right in front of the hotel! Large room - 2 bedrooms, kitchen, 4 bathrooms! And there is even a balcony on the 33rd floor! Excellent view of the sea, palm trees, Marina. 3 smart TVs, safe, washing machine, dishwasher (no tablets), all rooms are air-conditioned. Breakfast is included - there is no point in taking breakfast for an additional fee, 99 AED per person for such a breakfast is expensive, but otherwise it’s quite good, there is almost everything you need (there was no salted fish), the coffee is delicious. I really liked the business lunch for 149 AED - a 3-course lunch from 3 positions, tasty and the price is reasonable for the area. Dinner is also possible, but we didn't try it. There are 2 fairly large pools and a children's pool with a slide. It’s better to take towels early in the morning and not give them away) otherwise there may not be enough.. Cleaning is done daily, they easily adapt to our plans, a small tip improves the cleaning) There is a store with everything you need, prices are reasonable

The room is big, but the facilities are a bit old... A hotel in an apartment building! Overall it's OK, but there should be more cost-effective hotels at the same price! It's good for family travel, and it would be better for business trips/one person!

The front desk has a very bad attitude. Don't look at this one. The whole JBR has the worst attitude.
