I booked an 8-night stay at this property, but since day one, I’ve encountered numerous cockroaches in the bathroom, near the television, and even inside the minibar. I was too afraid to open my luggage, fearing that the cockroaches might get in. This is my first time experiencing such an issue, especially in Dubai, where hygiene standards are known to be very strict. After enduring 4 nights, I couldn’t take it anymore. I complained to both the housekeeping manager and the front office manager, but was made to wait 4 hours without any feedback. They offered me a room transfer, but it was to a room of the same poor quality and still dirty. I refused and opted to cut my stay short and get a refund. I will never recommend this hotel. Management needs to address this serious hygiene issue.

This one was Sheraton hotel later the move to a new location and this company came but actually they don’t know how to operate and utilise , deceleration is old , water system is not good

Reception check~in service very slow? And attitude is very strange. Elevator and Room accessories are very old. Many bars surrounding and too much noise. Will not come again.

Our family of four stayed in this hotel. My kids are 3 & 2 years old. My husband needed to go back at our house so we were left in the hotel rooms for few hours. My 3 year old daughter wanter to turn off the lamp, so she did (I allowed her as she just need to click on something). Then suddenly a sound was made and all the lights turned off. My kids got scared, the room was dark. I called the reception, staffs came to our room, they changed our room (to a smaller one). I was shocked and scared as my daughter's fingers has black markings on them. One of the staff also mentioned that it might be my daughter's fault that it happen, she's just 3 and an adult is blaming her for their defective lamp. I was upset.

The hotel has been refurbished recently and the rooms and other facilities are good. Diera is in old part of Dubai. The crowd that you will encounter inside and outside hotel is mostly South Asian. There are a number of very good Pakistani and Arabic restaurants.
I have been staying in this hotel but first time I got a lot of noise from planes flying from nearby airport. A few nights, I was waking up every time a plane passed.
Surprisingly there was no noise from the nightclub on the ground floor.
Don’t expect much of customer service or if you need any maintenance work in the room.
Overall if you want to stay closer to airport without spending a lot of money and are not bothered by lack of professional service and airplane noise, you can have a resonably good stay.
