Very comfortable hotel. Just like in the picture. Service and cleanliness are excellent. The receptionists are very friendly. Hot water and AC worked well.

Location is not exactly near and walkable with luggage in my opinion. If the weather is hot I won’t recommend to walk to the metro. There is nothing much around the area no food only a 24gr mini mart which is quite costly. Room is simple I think good enough for a good rest. Wi-Fi works well. I stayed for 3 days but they only provide 2 300ml bottled water for the 3 days. Which I think it’s quite weird.

I got up in This hotel because they was doing repairs at 9am, that’s super annoying because when u book hotel u want to leave in calm place. Area is very nice, it’s waterfront. Room is pretty small but it’s good value for the money. Guy on the reception was asking 100dirham deposit because he told me that someone broke a cup not long time ago and now they ask for deposit, funny

During my recent visit to in Kingsgate Hotel Canal, I encountered an individual who displayed rude and unprofessional behaviour towards me, His name is Islam, he works in the back office, he doesn’t want to help at all and responded in a dismissive and disrespectful manner.
The second member is Front office manager, Sebastian, he was also very rude and doesn’t want to help me at all, I complained about the drilling noises every day in the morning and the closed swimming pool, but he didn’t offer anything to fix these complains.

The room was small. The reception guy was helpful. The one thing I didn't like was we had to pay for the water bottles and the pool was outside the hotel building.

The hotel was well organized, clean and staffs are amazing. It was well ended a good experience staying on this hotel. Looking forward to stay in this wonderful hotel again soon. Kudos everyone.
