The stay has been amazing throughout our trip! The room is clean and comfortable, thanks to the housekeeping service. To my surprise, they helped to organize our stuff, making the room really neat and clean. Besides this, we enjoyed the breakfast, which offers many varieties and changes each day. We want to give special thanks to the staff in the dining area throughout our stay from August 26th to September 3rd (manager Harznit, Shaly, Shame, Ravindra, and the rest of the staff—sorry we didn’t manage to get your names). They have been amazing and helpful. We really enjoyed breakfast each morning. We are also thankful for the extra time given for a late check-out, allowing us to have some extra rest before ending our trip. Overall, it’s been fantastic! The staff really deserves to be praised and rewarded. Because of this extraordinary service, we truly enjoyed our stay here. Thank you!

The staff was good and facilities were perfect. Love the bar n the gym.

We booked two twin rooms for 2 nights, however they cannot find two rooms from their system again (similar problem with my other booking in this UAE trip). After clarifying for a long time, they managed to give us the rooms. That maybe due to a communication problem between the hotel and trip.com. Anyways the rooms are clean. The air conditioning is strong. There is a rooftop pool. The restaurant is good. The staffs are helpful. We enjoyed the stay and will definitely come back again.

Good location, friendly staff

Great interior and good service, check in and check out was a breeze. I didn't opt for breakfast, so no comments on that.

Nice cozy room with comfortable bed. A few mins walk away from train station and convenient stores.

Was actually really nice. Would advice this guy place, cause it relatively close to the city center and the price/quality ratio is good

quite centrally located with dubai mall being about 10-15 mins drive away. the hotel is nice and cosy, rooms were cosy, pool was a vibe although small. staff were nice too. had to miss breakfast cause of flight but overall it was a good stay

It was a great stay - staff were lovely. We had a fantastic time there.

The hotel was modern and the room was quite good, but with a couple of issues. Water leaked quite badly under the shower door onto the bathroom floor. The air-conditioning was very noisy and seemed to switch on and off every few minutes during the night making it hard to sleep. ( these two issues may have just related to our room though?) There is really nothing to see around the hotel, you need to take a taxi or the metro to any restaurants, shopping, tourist sights etc.

The location is behind the bigger hotels near the metro, still ok.Cleaniliness and breakfast was good.. reception was good..however some staff were not very friendly to kids, my kid dropped a bun at breakfast and staff didn't seem happy..At the pool, kids were having fun and was told it was too noisy?? I immediately told the kids to stay silent. Better for adult and older kids to stay here.
