這是民宿，不是酒店。民宿沒有星級的，酒店是有星級的。我到了前台之後，前台問我是幾號房？我説我還沒有辦理入住，怎麼有房間號碼？前台説哥我的代理人聯繫，他們會發郵件給我。我想攜程從來不做這樣的事啊？！然後我聯繫攜程，他們説有個人會來接帶我，10分鐘後會來。我就等，酒店前台聯繫上那個當地的業主，業主跟我聊了一會，讓我交1000迪拉姆按金和200迪拉姆清潔費用。這種事情在攜程都沒有發生過，我會覺得很奇怪，業主説發我郵箱連結，讓我付1200迪拉姆，我都不知道連結是否安全啊。房間拖鞋都沒有哦，洗漱的用品也沒有哦。有點可怕。

Not luxury at all, cleanliness was poor on arrival and bedding/pillows were oh poor quality and dirty!
