We loved our stay at Grand Cosmopolitan Hotel. We booked 7 nights in a Grand Family Room. The spacious room and bathroom, comfortable beds, amenities and spotless cleanliness truly stands out! Thanks to the housekeeping team😊I like that they provide more bed pillows which not all hotels do. Buffet breakfast is good and delicious, available until 12 noon. I look forward to the detox boost to start my day. The only downside is the daily breakfast menu rarely changes. Hotel staff at concierge, reception and restaurant were all kind and helpful. We are grateful to the hotel staff who helped us fixed the water leak from our snow photo frame which we got from Dubai Frame. The hotel is only a 10 minute walk to insurance market metro station and its central location makes it convenient to navigate around the city. Many good restaurants options nearby and VIVA supermarket is just at the back of hotel. Overall, Wonderful stay and highly recommended 😊

Excellent service and helpful staff. There are shuttle bus to MOE and beach make it excellent for us to go to the beach on the first day and MOE for the second day. Excellent hotel!

Good location, clean, friendly stuff.
Good breakfast and dinner.
Shuttle to MOE, Jumeirah beach, JBR. Hotel provides sun umbrellas and beach towels.

really enjoyed the place, the best quality/ price hotel, staying in Grand Cosmo since the very opening
close to both airports, Mall of Emirates and Alserkal
Mohammed who meets me every visit and helps with bags is truly the best employee, always proposes help with taxi and always smiles. he works from the very pre-opening which is even better - thanks for the hotel management for this atmosphere for guests and employees

Perfect stay. Delightful vibe, friendly and diligent staff who try their best to serve. Comfortable room, nice and lovely pool. Thank you front desk people, the man from Sri Lanka helping us with the luggage, waiters and other restaurant crew, and thank you housekeepers. A must-pick place to stay during your time in Dubai.

This is not my first stay at this hotel, and I have had very positive impressions in the past. However, after this recent experience, I am questioning whether I will return.
Firstly, during breakfast, there were not enough staff members attending to guests. Additionally, I noticed that only certain groups of guests were asked if they wanted coffee or tea, which made us feel subtly excluded and treated differently. This kind of invisible disparity is disappointing and should not happen in a hotel of this caliber.
Secondly, I accidentally cut my hand in the bathroom and went to the front desk to ask for a bandage. To my surprise, the staff informed me that the hotel does not provide such basic first aid items and suggested I go to the pharmacy across the street. I was truly shocked that a five-star hotel lacks even the most basic medical supplies and showed no concern for how a guest might have been injured. This lack of care and preparedness is unacceptable.
I hope the hotel takes these issues seriously and provides better training for its staff to ensure a more welcoming and professional experience for all guests.

Excellent… as a regular worldwide traveller, this is amongst some of the hotels I cannot fault.
Breakfast timing 6am till noon… variety excellent.
Fitness center clean and spacious.
Infinity pool perfect temperature.
Steam/Sauna is a must

Overall experience is still good. good breakfast, concierge, staff services etc. However I felt the front desk staff and dining staff were too cold.
