Im City Season avid customer and was upgraded to suite room. Approachable staff in the reception. Clean room and washroom. Very good location just beside Burjuman Mall, closed to the metro. Food options in the breakfast mainly for Indian clients.

Actually it is not the first time I'm staying at this hotel. Maybe four of five times I'm booking this hotel.
Everything is ok and amazing. But this time, the breakfast team was not ready to serve the guests with all demands since there were a group of tourists who visited the hotel. Otherwise, the rest of the services are amazing. Very good location. Close to mall and just e minutes from burjoman metro station. All
Staff are very friendly. Thanks to Mr Jawad, a wonderful manger, very helpful and friendly.
