酒店很漂亮，有獨自的沙灘！就是外出晚飯回來的路上，被巴鐵兄弟坑了，收了我們接近20倍的車費，發給酒店要求報忙報警，酒店答應的很好，然後沒有任何迴音了……另外我發現，各種酒店，早餐，門票，套餐到了當地去定，都比在攜程上訂便宜很多，大家一定要擦亮眼睛啊！

美中不足：
1）酒店安排的PCR檢測，一家五口分2次檢查，發現收費差別巨大，才明白被安排2家不同單位，其中一家多收我們費用，酒店認真跟蹤處理，第二天順利現金退款。
2）順利住滿3晚後，第一次續住攜程給順利協調，第二次續住時，酒店以旺季為由不給協議價，攜程多次溝通，即使和酒店提出他們安排的PCR測試機構欺騙行為亂收費，酒店應該承擔責任，並配合客人原價續住，歷時4個小時該酒店就是不care客人的感受。我果斷退房，去另一家酒店定了豪華套房便宜好幾倍，小朋友們都説比only好多了。值班經理反覆説下次幫忙安排更好，我很坦率的回覆道：這次都不能處理好，下次我還能指望啥？
3）後會無期

Arabian rooms are nice but you can not open the windows - building under constructions just near the rooms! Breakfast is great but don t be upset - they will never bring you the cafe and are too busy to clean the table
3 times asking to get lugging - at 10 pm luggage’s still not in the room - it is not a 5 stars hotel . Unfortunately
They are every sorry but nothing changes
