Me and my wife arrived at the hotel, after booking for two nights for a Dubai staycation. When we checked in, Mr. Gerard warmly greeted us and after he found out that it's the first time to visit V hotel, he offered us a room upgrade. And boy, was it an upgrade... we got one of the premium rooms towards the pool side. The room was huge, and really cool and futuristic looking. At night it was very quiet and we did have an excellent sleep.
Breakfast was great, a lot of variety for the food. Kudos to the chef who custom made my omlette order, it turned our exactly how I wanted it.
We went to the pool complex nearby, and with so many available pools there was no shortage of space. I enjoyed the pool bar as well.
Overall the staff was attentive and very friendly, and never had any problem.

horrible , poor quality of the hotel building and the customer service is so bad , after we request of changing the room no one giving any respond at all . Not recommend at all and stay away with this hotel . You can get much better hotel with this pricing

Extremely dangerous hotel! The water pressure in the bathroom is excessively strong, and the floor is extremely slippery with no safety measures in place. This caused me to fall and fracture my nose. To make matters worse, there was no immediate emergency assistance, and the hotel took no responsibility for the incident. When I reported the issue to the front desk, they pretended not to understand me, which further frustrated the situation. This experience has severely affected my impression of hotels in Dubai. Despite clear safety hazards, the hotel refuses to acknowledge any fault. I strongly advise against staying here for your safety!

Absolutely disliked this one. They hadn’t mentioned anything about a damage deposit prior to booking or checking in, charged me almost £150/ 700 AED deposit at the time of check in even though my stay was paid off in advance. The rooms facing the main road aren’t double glazed so every morning at 4am when the club closes there’s a huge noise commotion. Even on the 12th floor I could hear the noise. Single bath robe for 2 occupants. They call you at 12.15 pm to tell you to need to check even though check in doesn’t start until after 3pm. Out of all the places I’ve stayed during my trip, V didn’t make the cut for me. We’ve stayed at V in Thailand in the past which is why I choose to stay here in Dubai, but don’t think I’ll be going there again or recommending it to others.
