First two nights stay the service was good, but on the 3rd night we experienced delay in requesting new towels. We ask to change towels from 12pm and i have to call 3times to follow up, then received the towel by 6pm.
The breakfast menu was the same everyday for the 3nights that weve stayed, only the indian cuisine was being changed.
The free water in the bottle should be discontinued or improve the quality. We receive some bottle which was not properly cleaned and you can see the stain on the bottle cover.
The room needs to undergo deep cleaning and proper maintenance. Toilet exhaust was not working properly and floor drain is leaking foul odour.
You can also see old water marks in the toilet ceiling and floor tiles needs to be scrubbed and deep cleaned.
Pest control needs to implemented as well, we found some toilet moths/drain flies inside the toilet.
The carpet needs to be cleaned thoroughly, stains are visible and you can see the difference of the carpet color from under the bed.
The sofa bed cover needs to be replaced, it was not fitted properly on the sofa and you can still see marks of stain from juice spill. Also, sofa bed was very dusty.
The bed headboard has red/brown stain and i was hopeful it was just paint or make-up. Dusts were all around the corner. Room was not sound proof.
Overall, since I booked the room at a discounted price i was not expecting high quality. But if you will be booking this at a normal price, they need to improve their facilities and services. The only best thing i can highlight during my stay was the excellent service of the Bar Tender on poolside cafe, the chef that was cooking my omellete for breakfast, the busboy who serves our table, and the housekeeping team on our first two nights of stay.
