Ibis Styles Dubai Jumeira

II had an average to poor experience during my stay at Ibis Styles Dubai. While the staff were genuinely kind and accommodating, the overall quality of the stay did not match the price I paid. There were insects in my room, which made my entire stay uncomfortable — my body was itchy throughout, and it significantly affected my rest and focus. Although the staff offered to move me to another room, my busy work schedule didn’t allow me to shift and settle again, which was frustrating. The cleanliness and comfort level were definitely below standard, especially for the rate charged. I expected more from a hotel at this price point. Unfortunately, I wouldn’t recommend this property unless significant improvements are made. And the amenities were insufficient for such a price. Sleepers, hand towel and toothpaste and other basic amenities were not included.

It’s a very good place, better than some of the other branches of Ibis styles, location is good as there are some good restaurants nearby. Amenities and services are good.

She was not only friendly but also incredibly knowledgeable about the local area, offering great recommendations for restaurants and attractions. Her genuine care for guests is something rare to find and made a huge difference in my experience. The hotel’s facilities were top-notch, and the rooms were spacious and clean, with a stylish yet cozy decor that made for a perfect retreat after a day of exploring. I truly felt like a valued guest throughout my stay. Overall, I highly recommend the Ibis Styles Hotel for anyone visiting the area. The hotel itself is fantastic, and with Miruthula on the front desk, you're guaranteed to have an unforgettable stay. She truly is an asset to the team!

Overall , the rooms were pretty clean , and spacious but the breakfast wasn’t up to date , just like we had in Ibis near World Trade Center dubai. Rooms offer comfy bedding and two relaxing chair as well . My main feedback is that they need to improve their breakfast , like they should offer wide options just like ibis World Trade Center .
