Good hotel, clean and comfy, good location. Our room had bathroom a bit small but everything okay. Fun fact: that night the fire alarm rang 3 times without a reason and everybody jumping out of the bed hehe..

This property is at prime location and right from check-in to checkout all hassle free experience along with top-up delight upon upgrade of the room. Front office CHARLES is so helpful in clarifying all of our queries.
Effective WIFI, Effective wash room faucets, simply superb interior, Clean 'n' fresh linen, toiletries, coffee tea maker, safe vault and Good centralised AC are USP features of our stay.
Main area for scope for improvement is COMPLIMENTARY BREAKFAST. Good ambience, spacious seating, professional chef who provided omlet against our request, salad, juices etc. But food is lacking Indian items. During morning breakfasting crowds 70% found Indians but none of Indian food available. Neither North Indian nor South Indian single item is there hope to get improvised in future.

A bit away from all the main tourist attractions. But would fully recommend based off of the comfort of the hotel.

The location is 10/10 near the airport and downtown but the cleanness is not good they need to vacuum the carpet with water. it's really dirty, I tried to complain about it but they did nothing and the bathroom is too small to the point water comes from the bathroom to the corridor.
