Very bad hotel very bad service no caer about customer

Great choice for early departure flights. I had about 20hrs layover in Dubai with early morning departure flight and I was looking for a hotel with quick access to the airport by metro. And this hotel was just that. Keep in mind that it’s about 5 mins walk from the station. The room was spacious and the staff was very welcoming and helpful. Also there are some restaurants right next to the hotel, nearby is a mall too. My only issue was that my room was a bit too dark. The light would not lit the room very well. It was okay with me coz I only needed to sleep in the room. But it might be an issue if I planned to do some work in the room. Overall, I would recommend to stay there if you need something near airport. Great value for your money.

It was a good experience. The staff were really nice and helpful. There weren’t a lot of outlets, though.

Mediterranean theme . Well decor. Huge room. International service team . There a new Chinese restaurant Golden Chine among Yemen and row of Middle eastern one . Check out experience is excellent make you feel you welcome back.

Close to GGICO metro station. Big room. Friendly staff. Value for money.

Nothing special about this hotel.. a bit far from metro.. need to walk in hot weather.. the first receptionist gave me room with terrible view couldn’t see anything but at night another receptionist helped me to change my room to another better room but still this is an old hotel.. weird and breakfast nothing special

We had an Amazing stay at the hotel. The rooms were big and clean. Location is not close to downtown but the metro is only ~4 min walking away. The breakfast was good. The staff was very customer friendly. Special thanks to Amisha for the good service:)!

The room is very spacious, the bed is big, the windows can be opened, and it's very close to the airport. Breakfast was also good. It’s just that the restaurant mainly serves Indian food and I’m not used to it.

A very quiet hotel in the busy city. Free parking. Very close to the airport. The rooms are clean and orderly. Suitable for business. The service is good. There are not many people. I will come again next time.

The room is big, clean and tidy. It is very convenient to take the subway to Terminal T3 for two stops and walk for 5 minutes to reach the hotel. There are restaurants and convenience stores around.
