Hotel looks new although already 5yrs. Just 800 meters from Metro station, and just 5stop from DBX Terminal 3.

Our hotel room was spacious and very clean with good quality bedding, towels etc. The bathroom was well appointed with good quality towels. The free breakfast was a bonus with a good variety of hot and cold dishes although the European selection was limited.
The hotel is near to two metro stations so you can get to all the tourist spots easily. The staff at the hotel were all very friendly and helpful. The rooftop pool was good although sunbeds were limited.
The only minor negative points were the lack of anywhere to get a coffee during the day, except in your room, the hotel foyer seating was limited and the only English speaking channel on the TV was CNN news.
We would definitely recommend this hotel and would stay there again.

I highly recommend this venue for events. Our guests enjoyed the ambiance and the food. Thank you to the chef and the catering staff for ensuring everything was well-prepared and served.
We also booked rooms and had a wonderful stay. I really appreciate the Manager on duty for making our check-in smooth, as we had special requests for the rooms.
The staff who assisted us during breakfast were also very accommodating.

Everything about this is superb 👌. Location it's very close to the metro and the mall and also to the Airport. The front desk team is very friendly and helpful.

We had a great time at Hayat place all the staffs were very friendly and very welcoming especially Farid Dipa and Guna in housekeeping department they were so nice and they were very helpfull with any query or anything that was needed. Thank you so much dipa farid and guna for making our stay so wonderful you guys are so amazing , also at breakfast service we were very impressed with the staffs they were very polite everyone was very professional and very welcoming in kitchen staff yogesh was really nice and he was making sure that everyone feel comfortable.
