Terrible hotel for star rating. At best this is 3 stars. Avoid if you are after a luxury experience. Over crowded, noisy and smelly. Breakfast = cheap Benidorm all inclusive.

In general, the reception staff are helpful and friendly. The hotel's location is good, close to the marina and JBR. There are several restaurants and a supermarket near the hotel. Frankly, the hotel rooms need to be renovated. The furniture is somewhat old.

I enjoyed the friendless of the staff at reception and the cleaning of the room done by Elple!
However the pillows were very uncomfortable in our suite. My back actually hurts.
The breakfast buffet was a 5/10 due to the eggs being under cooked and the Turkey bacon. The sugar was really frustrating to open as it was so small. And the shower made a loud rustling noise.

Lovely hotel, 5 minutes walk from the marina and about 8 minutes walk from the metro. Pool was always busy so didn’t use, ladies steam room wasn’t working but sauna and whirlpool were functional if not the most fanciest. Room was clean, average size, nice size bathroom. 24 hours room service available. Breakfast and dinner buffets were excellent with a range of options.
