There are no disposable slippers in the hotel, and you have to prepare your own toothbrush and toothpaste. There is no retractable rain shower head, and the shower head is fixed. You can check in at 2 o'clock. There is no way for foreign hotels, and everything else is fine.

I was booked on single supplement basis at Roll Residence and I was amazed by the sheer size of the room allotted to me - Master Bedroom with attached bath, living room, Kitchen, Dining Room and a common Bathroom for just 1 person. The service was super fast. The lady at the Reception had a walkie talkie to inform her staff in case of any problem. The Breakfast buffet spread was lavish. The Hotel is located close to supermarkets and a metro station. You will never find any Hotel that is so convenient to stay in Dubai.

TL/DR: Horrible experience at the Rolla Residence Hotel Apartment. Unclean rooms, terrible service and food, and an impossible parking situation. Rude staff and a lack of hospitality make this place not worth staying at. Avoid it at all costs. (Details and why are below; refer to the conclusion as well.) Rooms: ★☆☆☆☆ My uncle had to switch rooms because the initial one was unclean, which is unacceptable for any hotel, let alone a 4-star one. The overall cleanliness of the room did not meet basic expectations. I would share a photo but at the moment I was assured it wouldnt happen so refrained (which I regret) Service: ★☆☆☆☆ The service was bad. My uncle experienced a very bad breakfast. When parking, the security rudely claimed that the manager denied parking after initially approving it even after speaking to the guest, leaving us stranded. When I mentioned that I would be writing a bad review due to this awful and inhospitable experience, the security guard dismissively responded, "Go write it." This shows a blatant disregard for customer service and hospitality. The inconvenience is added further to the guest and visitors considering the location and the constant traffic. (More below) Location: ★☆☆☆☆ The parking situation is a complete nightmare. Driving to the hotel is stressful, and parking is practically impossible. The main entrance often has a "No Parking" sign that seems to be moved based on the manager’s mood, making drop-offs and pick-ups a hassle. The street is always packed with cars, effectively turning it into a one-way road with cars facing opposite directions on the second lane. Even if you manage to get approval to park at the back, the back entrance is down another one-way road with no one attending the gate. The security and, per him, the manager often like to change their stance on whether parking is allowed, even under a minute after their approval at peak traffic hours, leaving you stranded in front of the gate. There's a tiny little speaker, which you have to pray is attended to too; otherwise, you have to walk back to the front desk all the way from your car in the unbearable humidity and leave your car behind. Overall Experience: This hotel is to be avoided at all costs. The lack of hospitality is shocking. Between 6 and 11 p.m., the road is full, making it impossible to park at the front or back. Bur Dubai, anyway, is a crowded area full of traffic. Imagine being a paying guest and being told that your car can't be attended to or items dropped off after paying for a room. The staff shows no consideration for your troubles, regardless of whether you are paying or just need 10 minutes of their time. The behavior of the security and manager showcases that they do not care about hospitality, reflecting poorly on Rolla Residence Hotel. This sentiment is echoed in other one-star reviews, which also highlight issues of unhygienic conditions and poor hospitality. If there are other platforms where the hot

The administration is VERY helpful and any request made - for towels, iron, washroom tissue - is responded to IMMEDIATELY, and with TRENDOUS respect by the hotel employees. The set up is most elegant, and the place is very centrally located - near a major metro station, hundreds of good restaurants with a vast price range, and great shopping. I'm sure the hotel's restaurants are excellent as well - I m sorry for not being able to eat, but, having got the aroma, I can only hope to recover my health before I leave. A REAL gem of a hotel in Bur Dubai.

I don’t recommend. Never have I ever felt so uncomfortable in a hotel as a solo guest. As a female solo guest, I had a room that had an adjoining door to the next room (it was locked but that doesn’t stop anyone breaking in). Constant noise throughout the night with the lift going, guests coming and going, talking loudly at all hours of the night in the hall way with no regard for other guests in their room sleeping. Early one morning the phone in my room rings once and hangs up, another morning at 5.45am someone is ringing my door bell. When I get up, no one was there. I felt so uncomfortable and unsafe The bed itself was surprising comfortable however that aside, the room itself feels old and dirty. The bathroom sink has mould around it, the bath/shower has old grime on the base. The towel rack is about to fall off the wall. The 2 chairs in the room are old and dirty and there is an old Aladdin’s magic carpet in there that hasn’t been cleaned in who knows how long. I felt sick even just stepping on it. It serves no purpose in the room. I would never stay here again

I would like to file a complaint against the hotel administration due to the request for additional money when my friends visited me in the hotel, especially since it was only a visit and not for the purpose of staying overnight. They also specified that they wanted money for the women visitors only, while the men were free of charge, which made me feel insulted to me and my guests

I must say that for a price of around ₹6,000/- (AED 270) per night during the peak season, this hotel is a very value for money proposition. We stayed there from 26th November to 1st December 2022 which is within the peak season of tourism in Dubai. Unlike some other reviews, we found the service of the hotel to be very nice. Every time we had a concern, the hotel staff were prompt in resolving them. The amenities inside each room include a washing machine; ironing board; hair dryer; bath tub; kitchenette (with crockery, cutlery, microwave oven, induction burners, electric kettle and an exhaust chimney) and room temperature control. There’s buffet breakfast which was decent enough. There’s also a swimming pool and gym but we didn’t have time for those. Tip: if you are there with a large group of 8 or more people, I suggest you avail their cab service. There’s this one driver named ‘Faisal’ who drives a Toyota HiAce and was very helpful throughout our trip. Also, the car was very comfortable, spacious and much more cost effective than hiring two taxis.
