This hotel is really not overrated! When checking in, a white guy who can speak Chinese came to receive us. According to him, his mother is from Sichuan 😂, which was quite a surprise. The hotel rooms are distributed in villas (mansions), ensuring a quiet and elegant environment. The rooms are not as old as I worried before coming. Instead, they are well maintained, clean, tidy, comfortable and atmospheric. The beach is a completely private beach, and there will be no tourists to disturb, ensuring privacy. The swimming pool is very suitable for lying down and playing, if it is not too hot at noon, you can lie there all day. Geographically, although the hotel is on Palm Island, it is very close to the Marina skyline on the coast, so it has both island and urban landscapes. Dinner needs to be reserved, starting at 6 o'clock at the earliest. I recommend 101 Restaurant. The candlelight dinner with sea view is amazing. The most worth mentioning is the service attitude. Every staff member you meet in the hotel will take the initiative to greet you with a smile and be ready to serve you at any time. No one will ignore you. Buggy responds quickly, and even if you ask them to wait after the buggy comes, they will wait respectfully. In addition, the minibar in our room cost 30 dirhams, which was waived when checking out. This kind of small details will make guests very comfortable. Overall, this hotel is one of the best hotels we have ever stayed in.

Facilities: The room is spacious, well-equipped, hygienic and quiet. The bed is very comfortable and the quilt cover and sheets are of good quality. Service: A home away from home experience. Every staff member responds with a warm smile and can recognize you and greet you by name. He is very professional in dealing with people, maintains just the right sense of boundaries and distance, and pays attention to the needs of guests without intrusion. Environment: So beautiful. It feels like you are in a southern French wine estate. Every step is romantic. The trees and flowers are lush, the birds are singing happily, and the little rabbits are eating grass cutely. You can overlook the landscape of the modern city in the distance. The quality of the food is also great. The restaurant deserves its two Michelin stars. The resort is run with great care and provides an unforgettable and satisfying stay.

The environment is beautiful and people are very comfortable. Overall it is a very good vacation experience The only drawback is that the overall hotel feels a bit older, but the environment is really amazing

The hotel in the depths of Palm Island has a great environment. If you time it right, you can see little rabbits. It has its own beach with few people. The staff are warm and considerate. There is an ice cream truck near the swimming pool. Breakfast is rich and you can choose indoor or outdoor. I like the green hydrangeas in the hotel very much, they are so beautiful!

Very attentive staff, Nadim at the main pool and Vanessa at the restaurant, gave me great service as all the rest of the staff, impressive hospitality and also very relaxing place in the edge of the palm! Heaven on earth. Highly recommended!!!

This is our second time at this wonderful hotel, the first was eight years ago. We have just sent 3 lovely nights here and I have to say it was as breathtaking as the first time but even better. They have Added a new pool which was my favourite spot. Also it was adults only. Only sad thing is that they close the pools at Sunset so by 7 o’clock everyone has to vacate the areas with the weather being so hot. You want to utilise it for as long as you can, so maybe they should look at changing that. The food is well presented and good. Very good service all round. I would highly recommend this resort

Nice hotel, with a lot of style and luxury in the details. The butler who was in contact via WhatsApp was very practical, I really liked that. It seemed very backward to me that they still put plastic bottles in the rooms. Very bad about this point. The Mansion 5 corner suite on the 2nd floor is beautiful and spacious. I liked the gym with its separate part for those of us who want to stretch or do mat exercises on the floor. The free yoga class should be in a more proper space without loud lights dancing on the floor and with more of a yoga atmosphere. I liked the master's degree. I think they have some points to refine, I have been in other hotels of this category and price and they give excellence a few points better, with little they could reach the top level. Very good for the sourdough breads, I would have liked sugar-free jams. The cocktails offered in my pack were hilarious, so small. Notice a little control in what they give, in my opinion as a guest I will say that when you are there and choose the best you want generosity. In general I will say that the experience was good, the warmth is very good and only a few small details to polish to achieve excellence

Wow wow wow. We have just returned from a magical few days at the One&Only and it lives up to the name. The service was absolutely immaculate, our room was beautiful, the staff could not do enough for us and nothing was too much trouble - without being over the top. We stayed on a half board basis, water was included throughout the stay as well as other cold drinks bought round to the pool area every so often. There is also an ice cream hut offering free ice creams throughout the day which was a lovely touch. The selection of food included was just divine. Everything on the Zest menu was included (including fillet and wagyu steak!), a substantial and delicious half board menu at the 101 and a voucher for the 2 Michelin star. We visited both Zest and 101 and were exceptionally happy and exceptionally full. We also had a few evening dinners outside the hotel, and it was no trouble using our half board voucher at lunch time which was ideal. We spent a lot of our time at the new, smaller pool where the vibes were just perfect. I have honestly never said so many thank yous in a 4 day period, to the staff for their amazing hospitality and thankful in life to be in a position to experience a hotel as beautiful as this. 10/10 recommend, I am so sad we could not stay longer.

Perfection on an epic scale. Superb attention to detail and a staff who literally cannot wait to please. Last minute booking by me. GM welcomed me in person and a silly ****** over billing fully remedied by GM and Mr Dave subsequently. Look forward to future stays. AM - Room 713.
