這家酒店真的是怎麼好評都不為過！Check-in時是一個會説中文的白人小哥來接待，據他所説他母親是四川人😂，也是比較驚喜的。酒店的房間都分佈於一棟棟的別墅（mansion）內，保證了寧靜、雅緻的環境。房間完全不像來之前擔憂的太舊，反而是保養的很好，乾淨整潔舒適大氣。海灘是完全的私人海灘，不會有遊客來打擾，保證了私密性。泳池非常適合躺平擺爛，若不是中午太熱可以躺一整天。地理位置上，酒店雖然在棕櫚島上，但又非常靠近海岸上的Marina天際線，因此兼有海島和都市的景觀。晚餐需要預訂，最早6點開始，推薦101餐廳，海景燭光晚餐很絕。最值得一講的是服務態度，酒店內遇到的每一個工作人員都會主動面帶微笑向你行禮，並隨時準備好為你服務，沒有一個人會對你視而不見。Buggy的響應速度很快，而且即便buggy來了之後讓他們等一下也會恭敬等候。另外，我們房間內minibar產生了30迪拉姆的消費，Check-out時酒店直接免了，這種小細節就會讓客人很舒服。總體來説，這家酒店是我們住過的最好的酒店之一。

服務：賓至如歸的體驗 每位工作人員都報以熱情的笑容 都能認得並叫出你的名字來和你問好
待人接物非常專業 邊界感與距離感也保持得恰到好處 不打擾地關注着客人的需要
環境：太美啦 彷彿置身於南法葡萄酒莊園 一步一景的浪漫 樹木花草鬱鬱葱葱 鳥兒愉快地歌唱 還有小兔子可愛地吃草草 遠處可以眺望現代化城市的景觀
餐飲質量也很棒 米其林二星餐廳名副其實
非常用心經營的resort 是一段難忘且滿足的入住體驗

本人於登機前往阿聯酋杜拜時，於登機閘口被航空公司告知阿聯酋政府不接受我的入境，原因不明。故此無法成行。本人立即嘗試聯絡酒店，希望可以扣除罰款後退回部份款項，但酒店卻非常不通融達理，即使出示證據後仍堅持不肯退回部分款項。（另一間杜拜五星酒店則沒有此問題。）故在此奉勸大家，小心考慮是否選擇入住這間酒店。
