Excellent location - very close to Mall of Emirates, just 5-10mins walk to be there. Lot of cafe and restaurant around the hotel.
We also enjoy the swimming pool and gym room too, it’s great.

The hotel location is superb and excellent services hosted from the hotel, front desk, concerige, housekeeping, F&B and etc.. Will love to stay here again next trip to Dubai.

Service was wonderful. The concierge Mr Mulik assisted us on checking in and out without any hitch. The hotel was situated very near the mall of Emirates and the metro was around 10 mins away. Very accessible. Housekeeping Mr Farouk also did a fantastic job in cleaning up our room daily.

The hotel is pretty old, amenities in the rooms are old and fixed several times - especially in the bathroom, with bad smell from the shower.
Breakfast is quite simple but okay.
Soundproof not good, with outside noise starting early in the morning - prepare your ear plugs.

I‘m a customer from China. I felt very warm and satisfied during the few days of staying at the Marriott Hotel. The environment of the hotel and the hygiene of the guest rooms are great. There are people who clean it every day and tidy it up very well. I am very grateful to him. There are also many kinds of buffets in the morning, and the food is very good. The free luggage storage service was provided on the day I left the hotel, which was great. My English is not very good, but the reception and check-in staff in the hotel lobby are very patient to communicate with me, which makes me warm in a foreign country. There are also Marriott hotels in China. I chose this hotel because I know more about it. In short, I am very satisfied.
我是一位来自中国的客户。在酒店入住的这几天感觉到十分温馨和满意。酒店的环境和客房的卫生很棒，每天都有人专门打扫，整理的很干净，我很感激他。早上的自助餐品类也很多，吃的非常好。在我离开酒店的那一天提供了免费寄存行李的服务，很赞。我的英语不是太好，但酒店大堂的接待和办理入住的人员很耐心与我沟通，让我在异国他乡很温暖。在中国也有万豪酒店，我当初选择这个酒店也是因为比较了解，总之很满意。

We booked 4 rooms in total with a group of 9 people. Nice location as the Mall of Emirates is just nearby with restaurants and shops next to the hotel, easy to call taxi but not as clean as I expected for a Marriott hotel as I saw grease all over the table, hair on floor.

The stay was great, the staff also was great and helpful, Khalid, Glure, and Asif let us choose the room that suited us. Hamada provided us with any thing we need.
