There were two was very nice just next to the beach next to very good places around in Dubai. You would go easily to Dubai marina and all I really enjoyed my stay.

Fantastic hotel and an outstanding location. A couple of minutes walk to the beach, amazing sea views, close to many restaurants, cafes and supermarkets. As well as within walking distance to the tram station.
The service in this hotel is really phenomenal, staff are very friendly, helpful and always smiling.
I stayed there with my 16 year old son during a business trip and this hotel really is outstanding. Will definitely be coming back again.
