Check in is horrible. No hospitality at all. The staff made my guests wait more then an hour easily in the lobby.

Facilities: relatively complete, everything you need is available.
Hygiene: Very clean and tidy.
Environment: They are all very good, and the decoration is relatively new.
Service: The reception staff are very kind.
Breakfast: There are many kinds and enough food.
It's just that check-in is slow, it would be better if it was faster.

The worst hotel I have been to in a long time! There is no soundproofing at all, you sleep as if in the street. You can hear your neighbors as if there were no walls between you. The noise makes it impossible to sleep! The hotel is all old. Terrible stink of fried food in the room, stinks of garbage in the hallway!!! There were dirty towels waiting for me in the room. After taking a shower in the bathroom a large layer of water, as the drainage is not thought out at all. Service is just 0! Breakfasts are terrible! You are served tea in bags and there is no milk or muesli. Just disgusting! Never stay here, it is better to sleep outside, there you will be nicer!

Hotel is very nice located in heart of business bay and near to Dubai canal few super markets are also nearby Reception staff Umar and Manager Ahmed was very helpful and Shakeel from concierge help us Thank you all and will back soon again to the hotel

Everything was really nice. The breakfast in particular well done and managed by Mr. Deviah and Mrs. Cecillah. They were always available to help and extremely kind. I would come back here in case I’ll visit Dubai again. Also my girlfriend really enjoyed the stayed because everything was really clean

A family hotel. You will not feel away from home when you stay here in this hotel. All the people will help you through out your stay. It was pleasure meeting you guys. Shakeel, jemel, gudhav, usama from the team are helping us with the stay with everything needed.

The pool is not large (about 25x5m), but very clean and warm. The kids pool is nice. There are not enough sun umbrellas. A couple more would be nice. Friendly staff in the restaurant - Garston, Devail, Ceciliah. The food in the restaurant is good.
