Staff are helpful and very polite but they handover to me a room that was already used since someone drank the amenity water and use the toilet…
Rooms are very old and abused too and the design doesn’t match what the ground floor and lobby are. Breakfast was ok but some of the staff weren’t so much helpful.

The room has a view of the Burj Al Arab and part of the marina area. The location is in a building next to the company, and the lobby is directly connected to Arjaan Office Tower, which is very convenient. The price in the off-season is acceptable. There is Tram T1 nearby, which can go to the subway station; there is also bus No. 84, which can go to The Mall of Eirmates.
