Again & Again this hotel is specifically my favorite one, it really like I am at home.
Location is perfect and they care for each concern, Sharnya is one of the very professional receptionist staff and really care for you to have a comfortable stay.
Sure Essam is one of the very professional, friendly with amazing smile that can make your day and the check-in with him is very smooth and fast

Nothing to tell any thing wrong ...Hotel is a budget and friendly environment. Easy Access to any where .Mall OF the Emirates. Dubai Marina, Metro station is very near in Emirates Mall. Infront of have bus stop .

It's a treat for myself going this hotel. It's yearly I stay here to give time for myself after or before celebrating my birthday with my friends. Working in Dubai for 11 years and I'm creating good memories here so I choose to invest happiness not money. It's my heart decision and I'm comfortable to Stay in this hotel. Very accommodating, staff are kind and they wake up me with a surprise cake.. I wont forget the memories and happiness I invest here. Being alone doesn't mean we are unhappy. Choosing to be happy is depend on us. Our self, our choice, our happiness. Thank you citymax for 1 night stay that fullfill my yearly goal during my birthday. I choose you because my heart choose it. God bless us.

.Unfortunately, my experience was not satisfactory due to several service issues.
On the second day of my stay, I requested housekeeping to clean my room. Despite leaving a note on the door and informing both housekeeping and the reception, my request was not fulfilled. The cleanliness of the room was subpar, which was very disappointing.
Additionally, when I extended my stay through the app the following day, I received multiple calls from your staff starting at 9 AM, reminding me to come down to collect new keys and pay for the services. These calls continued every half hour, which was extremely disruptive. I was already very tired and had not slept well the previous night, so this disturbance made it difficult for me to rest.
I hope you can address these issues to improve the experience for future guests.
