The staff are helpful. The service that I received from the hotel is great. The location is average to me. It takes at least 20 minutes to walk to the metro station, which, compared to my previous travel to other countries, it is not as convenient. However, compared to other hotels with this price in this area, this hotel provided a walkable distance to the metro station. About 5 minutes walk, you can see the Burj Khalifa. If you are travelling around Dubai, this location is fine. The hotel stated open in 2024, however, this is because they have been sold by the previous owner in 2024, so to be honest, the design of the room and the amenities is not as good status as I thought. The bathtub area is opened, which may not be a good choice for someone who needs more privacy. There is only one socket next to the bed, which may not as convenient.

Terrible experience and will never book. I need to urgently modify my dates but the hotel reception manager: Talaat and his associate: Ahmed, both lied blatantly about CCing me in an email to the reservations team as I asked to be copied. They never did nor did they help. They were not friendly nor welcoming.
Furthermore, the hotel has sewage smell across the halls, the bathroom was dirty upon check-in so I requested for another room, the internet didn’t work. So many issues with this hotel and management.
Previously, I use to stay here back when it was Vida, now I will never book again. The hotel is not a 4 star at all. I suggest booking others.

We had a great time Downtown Dubai, hotel is nice and very clean. Breakfast buffet is very nice and fresh and additional a la carte options. Location is perfect, in walking distance of The Burj Khalifa, Dubai Mall and many restaurants.
