They dont listen to cuatomer problem. Shower had no cold water for 6 days of my stay and even after complain they didnt rectify. Look at their sofa in picture and view they gave me. One mug slipped and fell down due to wrong placement in tray, they kept it on my room computer for all 6 days for no reasons. They even asked me to pay 50.aed for the mug :( There duty manager was very good.

Pleasant stay. Comfy beds and furniture. Everything was good. Have requested for late check out and they were kind enough to allow me to stay extra 2 hours from the normal check out time of 12 pm. Will definitely stay again.

Location is good, the staff is bit annoying keep calling when we already extended and informed them. The bathroom water goes on the floor makes the whole bathroom flood and messy.

Good location, convenience to the airport and Old Dubai for shopping.

Price is reasonable and the location is near the metro station. Restaurants and marts are available

The location is good, near to Dubai river and the airport. The service is just soon. Call me up to pay tax 15 D in middle night!!
