The room is much bigger than expected, but the downside is that the wifi is almost non-existent, and it can barely connect to WeChat, but it can't browse Xiaohongshu. The hotel beauty provides water, and the air conditioning is not very powerful. But at this price, it is enough to stay for one night. There are many restaurants and Carrefour next to the Union Station. Slippers were given to the front desk in a timely manner.

The location is good, and the surrounding facilities are okay, but the facilities are too old, the sanitation is average, the service staff are perfunctory, and the room needs to be changed the next day, so I won't choose this place next time.

I was on a solo shopping spree, and this place is conveniently located near one of the main metro stations which was of advantage. And also it is closer to two hypermarkets. It is ideal for budget travellers who want to explore or shop rather than indulge in luxury. If you're looking for a simple stay without spending much time indoors, it’s a great choice. I found the room service and food to be surprisingly good for the price. The warm and friendly staff made the experience even better.

1st of all, they refused to give us an extra key for the room. Though we were in a double room, they said hotel policy. " 2nd: The level of cleanliness is below average. The sheets are almost yellowish colour the covers are very old. 3rd: room service very rude there was one hanger in the wardrobe and one pillow for each person bed I asked for extra hangers and extra two pillow as I have medical condition they refused claiming it's hotel policy. 4th. The room is without any carpet, which makes the room very cold. 5th: The TV is not working in the whole hotel coz the satalite is down, and the Wi-fi is very slow. 6th:I asked for an ashtray, and they sent me a coffee cup to use it coz they don't have one. 7th:: the cups in the room are cracked and in a very bad condition and they don't give you even a bottle of water. Won't recommend it at all for any human being to stay in it

Not clean as you could expect. missing linen and no towel in the bath. the fridge was broken and the AC chilling all the time like a freezer. the lights were poor and the service people responded as late as possible. The breakfast bar was next to nothing, serving something no one dared to taste.

THE HOTEL IS TOO NEAR FROM UNION METRO STATION IT IS GOOD LOCATION FOR SHOPPING IN DEIRA AND RIQA STREET YOU CAN FIND EASILY OUTLET STORE WITH GOOD PRICE THE RECEPTION WAS HELPFUL THE HOTEL NOT FANCY IT IS PRACTICAL FOR ME AND MY WIFE WE WERE GO TO STREET FROM MORNING TILL SLEEP TIME WI FI WAS GOOD DONT MAKE HIGH EXPECTATION IT WAS QUITE FOR SLEEP NICE WC BAD TV

Not clean and treating very bad even towels it was not in the room and i requested towels and iron it took me 2 hours to recieve and even boiler was not working and they bring me different one which is not working also honestly i will never book again in this place

Didn't like: The room had no towels - The fridge was warm and noisy - The breakfast was not favorable - no buffet in the room - cleaned the room only once in five days. The decoration was too fuzzy (not my choice of course). Did like: Two large parking spots near the hotel. Good access to the metro and public transport. The receptionist was polite.
