Comfortable experience on the return trip

The location is pretty good! It is one stop from the station where Burj Khalifa and Dubai Mall are located, and a 5-minute walk from the nearest station! There is also a pool, sauna and gym! !! There is also a feeling of cleanliness, so it is recommended!

The hotel is excellent value for money, clean, good sized rooms and amenities. The staff are friendly, helpful, cheerful and clearly enjoy their jobs throughout the hotel and you are welcomed with smiles and offer to assist you at every turn. The food is of such a high level and you can enjoy fine dining, pub food or a quick and tasty snack at the pool but regardless of where you eat the quality far surpasses the price! We have experienced the cuisine at Teatro for the Saturday brunch where we were blown away by the choice on offer and quality of the food and selection from fois gras, sushi, sashimi, tempura, paella, fresh pasta from the live cooking station, lobster, to beef wellington and Sunday Roasts. The cheese selection and salads are also worth a mention as are the desserts. Similarly the selection in the Long Bar is intense and in addition to the traditional pub favourites, there is an exceptional range of pork products for non Muslims. A favourite of ours by the pool is the club sandwich. We also used the club lounge during our stay and found the service to be second to none. Before check in we were able to email directly and check various things - I have a dairy allergy and this was dealt with and food was adapted to accommodate me with nothing ever being too much trouble. We highly recommend this hotel and look forward to returning soon.

Our greeting was lovely, we were informed that we were upgraded to a suite, which had a living area, bedroom and 2 toilets. We had an enclosed balcony with great views. STAFF - absolutely fantastic, so accommodating and genuinely lovely FOOD- we had half board dine around - soooo worth it (3 courses) Tietro - Asian style cuisine, delicious. Longs Bar - great choices and delicious. Flavours on 2 - buffet style- great. LOCATION- right by the Metro and taxis always available POOL AREA _ so needed after a long hot day sightseeing (lifeguard on hand a all times) OVERALL- a great hotel which I would fully recommend thank you

Perfectly located only 100m from rail, fantastic staff who went out of their way to please. Polite and courteous with nothing to difficult for them to handle. Our 2 bedroom apartment was exactly what we needed and along with the in-house facilities of a pub (great burgers), gym, pool in/house dining, we were spoilt. Thank you to the entire team at the Towers Rotana. We have found our home whenever in Dubai. Thank you

The service was warm and friendly from check-in to check-out. Our room was immaculate and very comfortable. My only gripe was that I tried to ensure a non-smoking room prior to arrival but was told they would try - so I didn't get an absolute before. It was okay on the day.

1 week holiday to Dubai staying at the Towers Rotana. It’s a more business oriented hotel, all inclusive was disgraceful. I felt segregated, your choice was less than what the hotel served, all inclusive drinks were basic and more or less undrinkable, the food in the restaurant was just tepidly warm and I got food poisoning on my 5th day. I would recommend this hotel . Nobody was interested on reception, bed was rock hard and gave me a seriously bad back. Pool are is minimal, pool side snacks on AI were a joke really. Bathroom was so small I had to step into the bedroom to dry off. Basically I was treated as a bit of an outcast purely because I was single man and all inclusive, I took the trip to rebuild my life after losing my wife to MND this year. Was a waste of time.
