I recently had the pleasure of staying at Gulf Court Hotel Business Bay, and I must say it exceeded my expectations in every way. From the moment I arrived, the staff went above and beyond to ensure my stay was comfortable and enjoyable.
I was pleasantly surprised when the hotel staff (Ms. Elisabeth) offered to upgrade my room at no additional cost. This gesture truly made my stay even more special, and I greatly appreciate their generosity. I would like to extend my sincere gratitude to Elisabeth, Okta, Yasir, and Fawad from the reception team for their exceptional service and hospitality. They were always friendly, attentive, and willing to assist with any requests I had during my stay.
Overall, my experience at Gulf Court Hotel Business Bay was fantastic. The hotel's amenities, cleanliness, and location were top-notch, and the staff's professionalism and friendliness made me feel right at home. I highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Dubai.

Worst hotel ever. They embarrassed my guests and said I cannot have guests in my room. Please save your coins and go else where . Never ever staying here again

customer service was not satisfactory on reception,
It was not good enough to recommend to friends to come to this hotel!
1) I asked on reception I want to stay one more night on same time when my checking in.
I asked the lady… you can book tomorrow or today.
But I did receive before 12 call from her do you wanna stay? Or you wanna go? I said yes I told you.
And the price he quoted me 1000 dirham.
I was surprised!
I told her yesterday it was 700 Dirham!!!
She said sorry if you wanna stay you need to pay. I was so upset on the time..
But anyway
I went to the spa. Spa was not working. Jacuzzi and Steamer was not working!!!
This was not only me there was other trial also facing same problems.

This hotel is smaller scale but good cleanliness, room is spacious, very good view. I enjoyed stay in Gulf Courts Hotel, Business Bay.
The breakfast is normal but with sufficient choice.
Dinner buffet was closed. But next door is another hotel can walk in for dinner, which is good.
