I approached my stay at Two Seasons in Dubai with great anticipation, especially for the Spa and Therapy sessions. Unfortunately, the reality fell short of my expectations.
Firstly, I was not made aware that the spa was closed for renovations – a disappointing surprise that lasted for two long months. My stay was further marred by the unexpected floods that drenched our rooms. Despite repeated requests for room service to address the situation, our pleas were largely ignored, leaving us in discomfort.
For half of our stay, we were unable to use the pools or saunas due to these issues. To add to our woes, the room service team forgot to clean our room when requested. Moreover, we had to keep our windows perpetually open to mitigate a constant sewage smell, which was far from ideal.
Given these series of unfortunate events, which significantly affected the quality of our stay, I would find it reasonable to seek some form of reimbursement or compensation from Two Seasons. A stay at such a reputable establishment should not be accompanied by these oversights and inconveniences.
