訂前看評論説酒店有些老，實際裝修維護的還挺好，不覺得舊。如果有任何問題可以打電話給客房服務，派人很快。雙人房很大，早餐很豐富，吃早餐的地方的晚餐也不錯，而且住店客人有20%折扣。整體服務都很好，禮貌熱情迴應快。唯一扣0.5分是前台需要等，退房時説要補交已經付過的旅遊税，找主管查後確認不需要了，耽誤了些時間。
酒店位置挺好。離哈利法塔和杜拜Mall衹有一站地（實際杜拜mall地鐵口走到商場都得10來分鐘，這片太亂還有施工，約車找上車點很麻煩還要走很遠）。當然這不是酒店的問題！
離未來博物館也衹有一站地（貌似走過去比坐地鐵或打車快，天不熱的話不如走路）。
屋頂泳池不大，可以看日落，酒吧可以看城市夜景。
唯一不方便的地方是酒店正門正好在上快速主路入口的前方。酒店合作司機知道會倒車一點點拐上主路，但自己約的網約車或的士都會繞酒店旁的路一大圈再回到酒店門前方一點再上主路，繞路次要，主要是要堵上一段時間。一般上午交通通暢很多。

This hotel guest room is very good in size and with good bathroom amenities, plus it is a walking distance to the financial center metro station only one stop to dubai mall

The hotel offered a perfect blend of comfort, convenience, and hospitality. The rooms were spacious, clean, and well-equipped, making it easy for us to relax and enjoy our time together. The staff were friendly and attentive, always ready to assist with a smile. The breakfast buffet had a good variety, and the quality of food exceeded our expectations.
Overall, it was a memorable stay, and I’d definitely recommend Four Points by Sheraton to anyone looking for a comfortable and enjoyable getaway with friends. This was our second stay here, and once again, it didn’t disappoint. A perfect spot for a stay—we’ll definitely be coming back again.

I travelled solo to Dubai and stayed at Four Points by Sheraton on SZR twice. The location is super convenient, along the main Sheikh Zayed Road and walkable to two different metro stations. The rooms are very spacious with big balconies and the breakfast is very good. Would recommend!

Everything was amazing, but there are a few flaws.
The wifi didn’t reach out to our bedrooms, we had to go to our living room.
Water started to leak out of the showers when it was turned on.
