The room that was given to me was old. :( but any how, this is one of my favorite go-to hotels. The staff are really nice and helpful, and i feel at home everytime i come here.

we were one week in this hotel. Our first room, Room 307, was old and full of cockroaches. After two days, they changed our room and gave us a new room. The new room was 601, which was clean, but unfortunately, there was cockroaches too. The noise of cars and people was annoying at night. I don't recommend it at all.

Room cleaning is not good. Towels not properly washed. Even you put on “clean my room” still you have to call pathetic experience

Hotel has given me dirty towel with blood spot on that. Cleaning is not proactive, one has to call every time for cleaning. Very very bad experience
