服務絕對滿分，我們有小朋友每天的客房服務打掃兩次.真的乾淨，整理擺放有條不紊！每個服務人員洋溢笑容，有問題衹要你提出請求都能儘快解決.所以問題都會第一時間給你解決，住了三天，可能唯一的烏龍就是離店時候扣錯了一筆不小數目的消費，把其他房間的帳扣到啦我頭上.這麼小的概率事件竟然碰到我也無語但最終再電話溝通郵件以及攜程的進一步下，兩週內追回被誤扣款.酒店確實住的滿意，家庭出行可以考慮！

직원들이 친절함과 상냥함으로 중무장한 곳. 웬만한 일에 있어선 내 편의를 다 맞춰주고 하루에 룸청소 4번을 시켜도 다 해줌. 그리고 처음에 만난 컨시어지가 내 숙박 끝날 때까지 내 이름을 기억하고 어디서 왔는지 기억해준다는 것 자체가… 매우 특별한 경험이었음.
다만 아쉬운 점은 여기 음식. 프리미엄 하프보드라 매일 조식뷔페 + 저녁식사가 제공이 됐음. 그치만, 확실한 것은 아니나 내 예상으로는, 디너 뷔폐는 수/목/금만 제공하는 것 같았고 그 외의 날은 지정된 곳에서 단품 메뉴를 시켜 먹을 수 있었음. 그런데 5성급 호텔의 레스토랑 치곤 “와 엄청 맛있다!!” 같은 느낌은 아니었음(매우 개인적) 조식뷔폐도 종류가 다양하다기 보단 선택과 집중을 한 느낌이었고 디너 식당도 수영장 근처는 흠… 개인적으로 1층에 있는 이탈리안 레스토랑과 3층의 아시안 레스토랑이 제일 맛있었음. 디너뷔폐는 정말!! 간절히!! 먹어보고 싶었으나 투숙에 수요일이 안 껴있어서..ㅠ 이용하지 못했음.
혹여나 여기 투숙할 계획이 있다면 꼭!!! 수/목/금을 하루라도 껴서 오시길. 특히 금요일!!! 금요일은 3층 아시안 레스토랑이 스페셜 바(베트남 사이공 음식을 테마로)를 운영하니 꼭… 금요일을 껴서 투숙하시길…
그리고 수영장 진짜 좋았음. 거기 앞에 있는 바다도 좋았음. 근데 투숙하는 동안 자주 못 간 것이 천추의 한임 ㅠ
어메니티 : 딥디크(로션/샴푸/바디워시/비누), 그 외에는 모두 아스프리. 근데 딥디크는 본품이라 투숙 끝나고 돈 내고 가져가야 됨(병당 40불) 본인은 안 가져왔음.
