Fair price for an average hotel apartment. Nothing fancy, so don't expect for a 5 star look or cleanliness. if you are just looking for a place to crash for a few days and on a budget. this is the spot for you. Size is big enough for a family of 6. They are short staffed but kudos to Mr. Ganesh. He is the security guard and not just security he is the doorman, parking attendant and bellboy as well. Very helpful, kind and warm and always ready to offer assistance. Definitely deserve a pay raise or promotion. Free parking and reliable wifi.

We booked this hotel months in advance for our trip to Dubai in December 2021 and they cancelled the booking at the last minute. We were working to a budget and managed to secure a good rate by booking 10 months in advance, when they cancelled at the last minute it wasn't easy to find a room at the last minute and all the prices had doubled. If you are looking at a few hotels I would go with another one as these people are very dishonest. We contacted then to try and resolve and they ignored us and claimed they now had no availability, even though websites were showing they had availability. Don't trust booking with these guys as you will be left without somewhere to stay last minute and end up paying double. Be very aware especially if booked with free cancellation or on tight budget. It might be easy to find another room easy if single or a couple but with kids very hard last minute at a good price.

Low priced place with good size apartments. The facility is sub par and the facilities are basic. The prices were right as a group of ten of us. Not much in the area to walk to. No kitchen stuff including ice or glasses or even things to use in Kitchen

The property is very old and has not been refurbished at all. Every thing in it is half broken. Small dirty windows without any view and mostly locked. The apartment is big but useless without any carpet looks like an empty football field. There is no small toilet towel, no slipper and extra blanket. Toilets stink. I really mean it, try to not even getting close to here. Unfortunately, we reserved here for half a month and all we can do here is not to be here.
