very good support from reception

I bought a studio apar**ent for 4 nights, its a perfect hotel apar**ent to stay in in this economical price! Room was good enough for 2 people and a toddler. Amenities are very new specially love their smart tv with youtube netflix etc Pool is good and they give u covered parking as well Food is really good but a bit high price So i wld give 4.5/5 stars ⭐️

Hotel is not near the MRT/subway station. One day the cleaner forgot to clean the room. Overall, the hotel is good and service is nice.

The internet line is good and fast. Easy to get food & public transport.

The people at the front desk are very nice and helpful. The house keeping services need to be improved.

Location was great… but sadly hotel is very out dated.. compared to other holiday inns this has to be the worse one I have ever stayed in. Breakfast was mediocre and room was sun standard. It’s a sorry state.

The Hotel kept 600aed from my credit card, they said you didn’t send them their payment.
