Great stay experience, the service is excellent. Very helpful staff I had very pleasant time there. Close to everywhere and walking distance from different live locations where you can visit during day and night. Reception representatives where very helpful to provide transportation and always offering good options to have fun. Special thanks to Kerolos

Perfect location. Close to all sorts. Amazing creek views & nice walks at night along the creek. Very nice looking hotel with amazing interiors & exterior. Stands out from the neighbouring hotels. Would definitely be staying there if i stay on this side of Dubai.

The place is amazing, from the interior of the hotel to the food and staff. Jeska spoke to us about how our our stay was. Italian restaurant was unbelievable the views were epic. Highly recommend this hotel. I advise you go to the burj kalifa and The Atlantis in the Palm, taxi’s are everywhere so easy to communite around dubia.

Like most of Dubai, this hotel is very nice and very modern, it even has labeled light switches, which I had never seen before. Friendly staff and excellent breakfast buffet. We only stayed one night so we didn't spend much time there to really explore the entire hotel. The staff helped us get a taxi to the gold and spice souq just down the creek in old Dubai. However, we got back to the hotel around 10:00am and it was already 102 degrees in October!

Great location, really pleasant staff, with smiling Ms.Melanie I used to have coffee and cakes, a very fresh fruits as well I went to bar and restaurant in Morgan's Pub... Had much fun Recommended Amazing Experience😊

I stayed in this beautiful property for a night before heading to Thailand to start a new journey. I met Marilyn on my arrival and assisted me during the check-in procedure. Front team in general are a friendly and enthusiastic group of people. Welcoming you with a genuine smile and from that time you will know that they will go the extra mile in order to provide service that is exceptional. Ms Marilyn, with a natural friendly attitude, is able to build rapport with me in a short span of time. I very much appreciate a beautiful spotless room that makes me comfortable and relaxed before heading to my flight the next day. Also, I will never forget the complimentary cake with a "Good Luck" note arranged by Marilyn that makes me feel the entire Al Bandar team celebrate success with me. Shukran! Looking forward staying in your hotel again.
