As this is a new hotel, so everything is new and good. Location is a little bit far from downtown, but it is okay due to we can go to downtown by metro between 30 to 45 minute. Good customer service and safe. Total: 8/10 thanks.

I don't recommend this hotel! It's located right next to the Expo Dome! Extremely loud music and soundchecks until 12:15 a.m., causing the room to vibrate. Sleeping was completely impossible! The light switches and climate control were broken. There was a pungent smell of an unpleasant, strongly feminine perfume in the lobby, which made me dizzy. The room furnishings and cleanliness were positive! Concerts regularly take place beneath the dome, which is directly adjacent to the hotel. Service could be improved considerably! Communication among staff members was poor during our visit, resulting in unnecessary waiting times. This requires further training.

The location at the Expo Dome is catastrophic. During our visit, tests were carried out until late at night. The smell in the lobby took some getting used to; I couldn't stand it! The furnishings were modern and luxurious. The AC and lighting were very difficult to operate. Service was awful; there was no communication between the staff. It took a very long time for a technician to arrive—subterranean. At check-in, only one counter was manned during peak check-in times, which was not good at all. In summary, a very poor hotel by Dubai standards; there are much better value options. I only recommend it to people who like to be bombarded with noise until midnight and are content with European service standards in Dubai.

There is no water in the gym! I waited an hour for water to be brought, and it never was! They won't clean the room unless you call three times! Slippers are new and hygiene products are not changed! In general, the service is very bad! You have to sit at the reception for more than 40 minutes and wait for them to process and find your reservation! Although you order 12 hours before check-in! The management company is very weak!
