The service at reception and from all the staff has been very positive. The pool is great.

The hotel is situated just outside metro station 33 and within walking distance of the mall.
Staff is very friendly and wifi makes working easy. Rooms are clean and comfortable with desk, sofa and chair. Fridge and kettle are also supplied as is daily water. There is a supermarket 3 minutes from hotel (left on exit) and there are a number of restaurants around.
Breakfast is offered on the ground floor, as it was free it was fine but better coffee would be appreciated. There is also a swimming pool, sauna and massage on the top floor which was very convenient.
The price was reasonable and good value for money, would certainly return.

The rooms in this hotel are super clean and hygienic, and it's really comfortable to stay here👍!
The breakfast tastes good, and it's very convenient to take the subway. It feels like it's a good place to stay if you're traveling.

The room was spacious, but the floor of one of the two bathrooms had not been cleaned and there was hair and trash from the amenities that seemed to belong to the previous guest on the floor.
We added breakfast for 40 dirhams.
The station is right in front of the hotel, but there is no other place to get breakfast.
The station is right in front of the hotel, the supermarket is a 2-minute walk away and open 24 hours, and the Mall of the Emirates is a 15-minute walk away.
