In general, the hotel is in line with the price, for which I paid with a half broad by USD380 for a bliss room. There are a few small service happening to me. Drains of the washbasins clogged. Facial tissue was not refilled. Reception doubled unintentionally charged me the room fees. Wireless internet connection is too slow, which I could not browse websites. A security guy told me the Demon Duck restaurant closed down at the time when I ask him an assistance of finding where the restaurant is. Others, except for those mentioned, are expected.

Every member of staff is ‘on brand’ from the minute you arrive to the time you leave. Exceptional service with a smile from every team - no one can do enough to help you! Great restaurants, menus that cater for all, great rooms and location. Banyan Tree is first class!

The hotel is great. The handsome guy at the front desk upgraded us to the presidential suite. I was so happy. It was a special surprise gift. The hotel is very new and there are many shopping malls around.

The service is very good. The hotel is very comfortable. You can order your own breakfast, which is also very rich. The beach is open until 8 o'clock, which is a bit early. It is a bit far from the city center. There are three restaurants. It is suitable for pure play hotels.

I took the special One Day Spa Package to surprise my wife for her birthday. It turned out to be beyond my expectation and was the perfect day. Quality spa, refreshing 2 course meal and access to the swimming pool and pristine beach were all in the package. Our day ended with fresh tea on large beach sun bed watching the beautiful sun set. Special thanks to Mr. Sathish, Spa Manager, who made sure we have the most relaxing day including delicious birthday treats and amazing hospitality.

Walking inside this property you immediately know you are at Banyan Tree- fabulous lobby scent is unmissable. Having visited this property last year under different brand I can confirm they have done outstanding job at rebranding and turning it into gorgeous and treat for all the senses property. Breakfast was amazing- top tip- fresh juices in the little bottles are superb and so was açaí from the menu. Pool area is stunning. Rooms- well, I could live there for sure. Bed- it’s like sleeping in a cloud 😍 and the bathroom is just something out of this world- you will definitely relax and chill there, especially if you have time to lie in their amazing bathtub overlooking the gorgeous views outside. Service- every single person on this property was amazing, always ready to help and smiling. Thank you for your hospitality 👏👏👏

Exceptional hotel. Can’t fault anything with our stay. The hotel, rooms, food, service, staff etc 100%. The cleanliness of this hotel is unbelievable. Stayed when it was Caesars Palace & the standards have not changed I pleased to say. The staff in breakfast area were super efficient.

Lovely room with sea views and great service. Jamie at front desk helped with early checkin and I had an amazing room on the top floor. Everything was perfect during the stay and the gift on check out was a nice gesture. The spa, although under renovation, offered lovely treatments. The room cleanliness and diffuser oil burners all add to a tranquil experience.

Beautiful hotel, the room was fantastic and service was excellent, very relaxing holiday, added touches like constant drinking water brought to you around the pool or on the beach was very welcome especially in Aug heat. Big shout out to Deepak who worked on the beach, he couldnt do enough for us, he was great!! Altogether an amazing holiday!! Thank you
