Banyan Tree Dubai

This is our 4th visit to Dubai, we have stayed in various hotels and locations each visit, not that we have been disappointed in any of them, but the Banyan Tree has been the best by far and definitely our favourite! It’s got a lovely atmosphere, all staff are amazing, nothing is to much trouble, Danesh did a wonderful turn down service in the evening, and Kiha provided a wonderful service with a smile at breakfast each morning. The staff are a true credit to the hotel. The pool area is stunning, the staff look after every need, fetching towels and water, sunbeds and shades always available. The private beach area is just as beautiful with lots of sunbeds and all needs catered for. The food is Michelin star quality and served with a smile. I’m not sure what else I can say about this hotel it’s really is stunning! Lucky for me I have another week here!

Absolute perfection. I booked this hotel for 5 nights to celebrate my husbands birthday, prior to our stay I had a handful of requests and Jamie within the reception team came through on every single one of them, even provided an ocean view room which I was not expecting. He replied back quickly to each email and was incredibly helpful and reassuring. Upon arrival they gifted us some beautiful bracelets along with a welcome drink and cool towel then told us we could have our room right away even though it was 8:30am. The hotel itself is picture perfect, if you're looking for elevated luxury then this is certainly the place for you. There were so many small personal touches throughout our stay from daily incense sticks & small gifts in the room through to laying out our kimonos on the bed each night. The cleaner was so thoughtful and always kept our room spotless. I would also Like to mention Soe at breakfast, always had a smile on her face and I loved that she remembered our drinks order every morning (even after day 1). The pool area is very instagrammable and I enjoyed the seperate adults only pool. They hand out ice lolly's, fruit sticks and cold towels throughout the day. Again a lovely touch. I would recommend the afternoon tea at Tocha, huge wow. I travel 5-6 times a year and never go back to the same hotel twice, this hotel would be an exception.. I will absolutely be back. It surpassed every expectation I had. THANK YOU!

Everyone in the hotel was warm and welcoming. We have had a wonderful stay here big thanks to Mekano who was always super energetic hosting beach activities and always coming to check up on us, he helped keeping us informed about everything hotel related. The beach was our favourite so far in Dubai! We would definitely come back here again!!

I rested at the end of May with my family in Banyan Tree. This was the second time I came to the hotel, and I want to say that this is definitely one of the best (and maybe the best) hotels in Dubai. The best breakfasts at the Alizee restaurant, amazing dinner dishes at Demon Duck, incredibly cool service - all problems and requests are resolved in a second. Individual approach EVERYWHERE and to EVERYONE. The hotel really makes you feel special. I was on vacation with my wife and 3-year-old son - everyone was still delighted! Special thanks to manager Nikolai, who, as a Russian-speaking employee, helped solve all problems instantly. Further only to you, to Banyan!

The property has a typically Banyan Tree charm. The chicken ramen for lunch in the lobby was out of this works. Rooms are super comfortable and luxurious. Standout is the team, each connected to ensuring the stay is perfect. Angel and the front office team, super awesome.

The Banyan Tree in Dubai is one of the best hotels we’ve ever stayed in. Throughout our stay, the service was amazing. From the reception staff checking us in early, to everyone around the pool and beach helping us with our sun beds, bringing constant fresh water and also offering an array of complimentary snacks. Everyone was so warm and willing to help. The food at breakfast, the lunch by the pool, and at dinner was all flawless. We loved Demon Duck and the Alizee. Our room was wonderful - the largest double bed - and the bathrooms were all so well equipped. We loved our balcony too. Couldn’t recommend the Banyan Tree more for the perfect place to relax in Dubai.

Fantastic !!!! Having been to Dubai several times stayed in many hotels this is by far the best so far. They just can’t do enough for you from the time you arrive no waiting at reception to be checked in simply sit down at a desk and be greeted by an awaiting member of the team. Who then give you a drink a gift and a relaxing chat about the hotel and it amenities. They then walk you to your room explain everything about the room and your baggage follows very soon after. I would like to name staff but they are all great so it wouldn’t be fair. The hotel is spotless the water supplied by the pool in your personal ice bucket is perfect along with ice lollies throughout the day is a perfect touch. Restaurants are great rooms checked and cleaned twice a day it’s just perfect thankyou to all the teams at Ban yan tree. We will be back.

We have stayed at this hotel previously under different ownership as a couple. Having booked and then the hotel changing to Banyan we didn't know what to expect. This time we were travelling with our daughter and I wasn't sure if the bar etc that used to be there would be a little loud/late for her...the bar in question isn't there anymore. The hotel staff as the same and as great as ever. Piona at the pool was amazing, especially with our daughter Beatrice, she loved her and looked forward to her daily visit to the pool. The hotel is now very different in terms of it's vibe and is very much a more faily friendly place with a relaxed vibe. We were HB and the meal seclection/options very fine for a weeks stay. There was a lot of work going on at the hotel, but as we were at the pool most days this didn't really bother us. The staff make this hotel and they are really attentive and nothing was too much trouble for them. Seeing them being spoken to awfully by some guests (I'll not meniton their nationality, but there are a lot of them now at the hotel and in Dubai as a whole) The staff were always polite back to them and I just looked on in shock as there was really no need to be speaking to people like that but we noticed they do it a lot to the staff in the hotel. This is why I felt I had to write a review to say how wonderful your staff are as I doubt you are told that much as there aren't many English people at the hotel at all in terms of guests (when we were there). But you should really give your staff a pat on the back for their service...like I say Piona made our holiday. The hotel is very clean and the room was spotless.
