The hotel was absolutely amazing! The staff were all extremely friendly, they were happy to help whenever we had questions. One staff member, Marian, went above and beyond to provide exceptional service to us during our stay! The hotel is very high class, spotless, always smells good, and makes a memorable vacation. The rooms are spacious, the bed is comfortable, we were given around 7 different pillow choices, and the housekeeping staff provides a customer specific service. They cleaned my room and saw that I use glasses, so they put a little pouch with microfiber cloth, and they noticed I have my charging cables connected, so they secured them with cable ties. It was an absolute marvel coming back into the room and finding these little additions to my belongings, they really made my day!

Food quality is good, however, quantity is too less, one portion is not even sufficient for one person. Please increase the quantity of food per portion and add more variety to your menu. The ambience is inviting and smells really nice. Staff is courteous.

Recently opened hotel. Great product in terms of quality of the building and the service. Although, it’s a newly opened hotel, the staff is very well trained and motivated. They represent the brand in the most professional and positive way. I had the chance to meet the French Pastry Chef, Pranthana, Jaison, Praveen, Shuhail on 9th floor and Roberto at the breakfast. Couldn’t get his name but, our maid who is taking great care of our rooms 702, 704 and 706 has to be recognized. It is nice to see that much dedicated people to their brands. Congratulations to the management and all the employees. Hope seeing you again.

I recently had the pleasure of staying at the Palace Hotel in Creek Harbour, and it was nothing short of spectacular. The hotel itself is amazing, with an elegant atmosphere that perfectly complements the stunning views of the creek. The pool is a highlight—spacious, serene, and just what you need to unwind. I’d also like to give a special shoutout to Kushiro from the front office, who made our stay even more memorable with their exceptional service. Highly recommended
