Upon arrival, they couldn't provide us with a transfer to the hotel, but they offered us a return transfer, and even at a price lower than the market price. They checked us in earlier than the allotted time, citing the fact that they wanted to make us feel welcome, because "you've been on the road" - that's cool. The staff at the hotel is welcoming and friendly. The hotel looks new, everything is intact and working. There was a buffet for breakfast, and either a la carte (from the menu) or a buffet (if there were a lot of guests) for lunch and dinner. There was no variety in fruit - mostly watermelons, melons, pineapple, and in the fruit salad, at most, an apple, strawberry, dragon fruit, and grapes. A couple of times we found hair in the scrambled eggs/omelettes - of course, they apologized very much, and the food was remade without any problems. The food is delicious, with the exception of sometimes tough chicken or beef. The portions are large. The beach is 3 minutes away along the sand (or they can take you there upon request). The beach is equipped with sun loungers, umbrellas, towels are provided; the beach is clean, the entry into the water is gentle, at some point seaweed begins on the bottom. In the distance, near the boundary buoys, there are sea urchins, other animals: cuttlefish, fish, crustaceans, crabs, turtles; you can also observe the symbiosis of gobies and shrimp. The hotel is located quite far from the metro, you need to be prepared that there is nothing around! Just the hotel and that's it, no cafes or shops. For us, this was not a problem, since we just needed to spend the night, but if you are going to Dubai for a long time, and even for the first time, then it’s definitely better to look at the location. Simply terrible mattress and pillows! They look like they are made of stone; sleeping is extremely uncomfortable. The Internet is also terrible! Messages take a few minutes to load, I’m already silent about downloading some video or updating my Instagram feed😄, and this is absolutely the case throughout the entire hotel. Breakfast is very boring, you can fill up, but the choice is limited. The beach is a bit far from the hotel and the sand is very strange. More precisely, it can’t even be called sand, so it’s also so-so. The road near the hotel was also strange; for the first time, the taxi could not find the way for a long time, be prepared for such a problem.
