SINCE THERE IS NO CLEANNING SERVICE IN THE HOTEL, I HAVE TO STAY AT 4 DAYS WITHOUT ANY PERSON COME TO CLEAN THE ROOM, AS IM TRVELING FOR BUSINESS, THERE IS NO TIME TO DO IT BY MYSELF, I DONT RECOMEND FOR PERSON TO COME IF NEED THIS SERVICES.

Lusso J one at Business Bay it's great. It's very comfortable and clean. They provide you everything 🪥 and toothpaste, shower kits, shaving kit, hairdresser, washing and drying machine for clothes etc. The staff was very helpful and kind. You could ask the breakfast at the room for free. Our daughter was sick after 2 days of our arrival and they called for us a doctor to our room. Thank you to make us feel as to be at home.

My favourite place every time I come to Dubai I feel I am at home Like I am in my own apartment with 24 support from the reception who are very friendly and supportive and we are like family now Good value compared to the prices and great location for my business trips

Every time we come to Dubai for business we stay in Unlock J one, we feel like we are at home, more privacy and peace. Staff are very friendly and helpful. Nothing I do not like about the place, it is highly recommended for business trips or family gathering.

The front desk was absolutely helpful and quite friendly . Rooms were good .Self Contained. Made my breakfast everyday . 2 mini markets downstairs 24hours. On a cool day you can walk to Burj Khalifa or even the subway station . House cleaning is not included

I have been a long staying guest at J One hotel apartment. This hotel has an amazing view on the canal and is a walking distance to Dubai Mall. Downstairs there is a Katrina mini supermarket and a coffee shop which fresh pastries every day as well as a hairdressing salon with excellent hairdresser. All the restaurants and coffee shops are in a close proximity to the hotel. The staff is welcoming and accommodating, they always attend to your immediate needs and requests. I truly enjoyed staying at J One ☝🏽

PET FRIENDY! Our first staycation with our fur baby and we loved it! The property is super per friendly. Staff are very welcoming. We can tell that they love pets too! Playing with the pets and getting excited too. It warms our hearts. There is a place to walk around on the canal and apartment is big enough to bring your fur babies.
