We had a 12 hour stay at the hotel. It was fine for a layover stay but the main problem for us was noise level. At 1 am in the morning they were cleaning the room next door and they were too loud. We called the reception and they stopped cleaning. But 15 mins after our call, the cleaning guy knocked the door and was trying to explain me the noise wasn’t from them(!). They need more training about the job they’re doing.

A very convenient place to stay - excellent reception very big clean rooms. We booked A concourse and it took us 5 minutes to our gate. No security while in transit. Convenient if you want to rest in Dubai for a night. Highly recommended. Thank you for the quick check in as we arrived late night.

The proximity to food outlets and amenities was a great plus, ensuring I had everything I needed within a short distance. The staff were exceptionally friendly and helpful, making the stay even more enjoyable. Overall, it was a comfortable and seamless experience—perfect for a transit stay.
