The hotel is conveniently located near the subway station, offering spacious rooms to its guests. However, it appears that the housekeeping staff may not be doing an excellent job in maintaining cleanliness as the rooms were not very clean. During my stay, I encountered some plumbing issues as my bathroom was constantly leaking, causing inconvenience. Additionally, the hot water wasn't working initially, but the hotel staff managed to fix it the following day. The WiFi service provided was not up to the mark as it wasn't working correctly. If you're looking for better connectivity, you would have to pay extra for an improved connection.

The hotel needs to work on the cleaning more and rooms are full of cockroaches and thats very very bad

There weren't towels inside the room and had to way nearly one hour and called the receptionist many times. The bath tub was blocked when you had a shower and water wasn't draining. I had to tell the maintenance man the next day to fix it. Overall I'm not happy about the service and cleanliness.

Arrived at hotel, had pre-paid & they said we hadn't paid even had comformation was paid, they wouldn't accept this & said had to pay 200 more, contact trip.com who sorted us other accommodation at a different hotel, very upsettting & to go though this, very thankful for trip.com to sort out another hotel.

Nice room but old hotel. They’d charged us 10 EAD for ice and 3 for each water . Stingy .
