Overall our stay was great, good location with many restaurants nearby. Parking was available for free. The only thing that I would probably mention how noisy the bar downstairs was, but it was ok we were able to sleep. I would definitely recommend it.

The hotel is well located
The staff is friendly
Can’t really say much about the cleaning
The gym looks abandoned
The free wifi is very slow
If you want a faster connection you need to pay extra which it shouldn’t be like that
The washrooms need some maintenance
But overall is a good stay

Terrible ! The room is very bad. Hairdryers are broken! The wall of the bathtub is leaking. Room telephone is NoT working ! The technician said “ the bathtub is not for lying ! If I want to lay down , use the swimming pool.” They changed 2 rooms for me! Two rooms aren’t ok AT all! Kettle is Not working !

The hotel not worth as 4 stars, very basic, check-in and check-out take very long time for processing. After long time waiting and complaining the man at reception upgrade my room, this is the only good things about my stay at this hotel.

We booked 6rooms but our experience right from the manager was horrible.
The hotel was bad and really needs renovation especially the bathrooms.
The bath tabs are old and look very dirty. My son could not get in one room. One of the showers in my friends rooms was faultly and water from the shower made her suitcase andthe whole carpet wet in the room.
The new lady manager is arrogant and really doesnt care about the guests needs or not even willing to listen to their concerns or even apologise.
Its the worst hotel I have stayed in over 20 years.
After all the complaints, they were not even willing to compesate us for any thing but jus wanting to charge for each and every thing.
I would never advise any one to stay in this hotel.
The pictures on the website are good but the hotel is crap.

This is an old but acceptable hotel. I believe it would be quite easy to maintain the rooms at a low cost. However, there is an unpleasant odor coming from the bathroom drain. My suggestion is to use some chemical drain cleaner to help eliminate the smell.
