Dubai Trade Centre 5-star Hotels

I think the deposit refund issue is part of the service, but almost a month after check-out, the refund has still not been issued. I've traveled a lot, but this is my first time at a hotel where refunds are so late, and I don't recommend it to those who are sensitive to deposit refunds.

Smooth check in by Ms.Anjulina , proactive staff. Room service is prompt. Location is excellent near restaurants , nightlife, metro station right outside . Over all good and courteous staff.

We were very grateful for Lelisa for accomodating our requests. We were given a room with great views of Dubai Burj Khalifa and Museum of the Future. The room was huge in size and the spa shower and bath has a view to die for. We stayed in room 3204. The breakfast buffet has a lot of options to choose from. The location is just opposite the World trade center, just a few stations before Burj Khalifa and Deira. All the staffs from the valet to room service cleaning were very friendly. Thank you for making our stay memorable.

Because of Covid haven't been Dubai more than 3 years, and this time we choose stay at Sheaton because we are Marriott Bonvoy golden member Wow, I appreciate this trip and stay at Sheraton for total 4 nights Front Desk office supervisor Nargiza is great and so friendly, she arranged nice rooms and also very nice cake and gift for my birthday, Elian / Prashant / Marcian help us a lot and highly appreciate, Concierge Shizan / Ishar did great job help us know more about tour of Dubai and luggage 6th floor restaurant Sweety very nice smile Amazing trip and stay with Sheraton and such nice team Thank you

First time at 25H and they lived up to my expectations. I'd like to commend Loíse at the reception, who's very warm and welcoming. I loved the homey feel of the room. I requested to be away from the noise but those rooms are away from the view as well. The room is clean though you have to request for the toiletries. They have books and a chess board which I found really nice and they also have a complimentary mini bar which has some chips, sodas, and water. And of course, I booked this stay because of the amazing pool and its view. Try to go there early so you can enjoy it by yourselves 😉 I haven't had the time to visit the German bar where they offered pork though, but I'll try it next time. All in all, I'd definitely come back and recommend it to anyone. Thanks 25H ”Come As You Are” xX

Super-duper location with metro that is 1 minute away from hotel. Super service and staff, so kind and client centric. Many features, included nice breakfast with a lot of various and tasty food. Had 2 swimming pools for both parts of a day. Also the gym to keep your body up. Good looking view from room windows and hotel itself also looking good.

The hotel is centrally located, with supermarkets, convenience stores, restaurants, bars, and fast-food outlets all nearby. The staff are friendly and courteous, proactively assisting every guest. The rooms are clean and safe, and the hotel facilities are comprehensive. Definitely will stay here again next time.

Unfortunately our stay here was not to the standard I would have expected for the price we paid. The location is great, plenty of restaurants, cafes, and things to do. The gym is fantastic and the pool is nice. However our toilet did not work for our entire stay. We called reception to advise from the moment we checked in. However it took another phone call before anyone came to have a look. Over the duration of our two night stay, we called 3 or 4 times, and someone came to look twice, but the issue was never solved. We were not able to use the toilet in our room at all during our stay, and had to go downstairs to use public facilities. Very disappointed, as we paid far too much to not be able to use our own bathroom.

The hotel was right smack between two metro stations. It is better to use the Emirates Tower station as there is an overhead bridge to bring you across the road. The Museun of the Future is just nearby. Fo book your tickets at least 3 to 5 days in advance. We were unaware of the demand for the entry and missed going in vos it was fully booked for the next few days. The hotel staff are friendly and helpful.

Central located (metro station: World Trade Center— 7 to 10 minutes walk to the station), easy to access to anywhere in Dubai. Many nice restaurants on the way to the metro station too and some even run 24hrs. Spacious rooms, friendly staff, well- equipped amenities and unlimited water refill. Highly recommended this hotel!
