From handyman Emmanuel to the girl at the check in counter Nargiz, everything was delightful. Water pressure was great, hot showers and wifi worked well without the need for repeated reconnecting. The laundry room was a godsend. One of the most economical options in the heart of the trendiest and most upmarket districts in town, yet without any compromise on quality. A full and perfect score well and truly deserved.

I recently stayed at Signature 1 Hotel Barsha Heights in Dubai and had an excellent experience. The hotel boasts modern, clean, and comfortable rooms with all the necessary amenities. The staff were exceptionally friendly and attentive, ensuring a pleasant stay. Its convenient location near the metro makes it easy to explore Dubai's attractions. The on-site dining options were delightful, and the rooftop pool offered a great place to relax with stunning views of the city. Highly recommended for both business and leisure travelers.

I love how they make the building access with many of elevators so easy for gust to access Room clean and bed was so nice. Breakfast good and staff friendly Hopefully can visit dubai again and will be back to this hotel 🥰🥰🥰

The residential hotel was in a good location at marina bay. The staff was very kind and upgraded our room. The room is spacious, bed was good. The only thing is that the room kinda smell bad when you first enter. Sofa was bit old.

Tastefully designed residence with a prime location next to a mall where you can find anything you want! It’s also a 10-15 minute walk from the beach bars where vibes are immaculate. The beds are comfortable and even the hallways smells great. Extra points for helping me fold my pajamas when servicing my room!!

Clean as a whistle and spacious enough to do a victory dance. You can tell they don't mess around when it comes to keeping things tidy. No dust bunnies dared to show their faces during my stay. Now, let's talk about the goodies. The amenities are no joke. They've got everything from a gym that could rival a fitness center to a spa that's basically a slice of heaven. And can we talk about those free drinks? In the room, by the pool, and even on the beach – they're practically handing you luxury on a silver platter. And speaking of the beach – private beach alert! It's like having your own secret paradise, far away from the hustle and bustle. I practically lived there, soaking in the tranquility like it was going out of style. The vibe at this place is next level – quiet, classy, and just the right amount of boujee. Whether you're sipping cocktails by the pool or diving into a feast at one of their fancy restaurants, you'll feel like you've been upgraded to a VIP status. Major props to the staff – these guys are hospitality wizards. They made every interaction a pleasure, from check-in to chowing down. Friendly, professional, and always ready to make your stay feel like you're the main character in your own luxury novel. Now, let's talk about the breakfast – oh boy, it's a game-changer. They don't mess around when it comes to the most important meal of the day. It's a feast for the senses with a spread that could make a food critic weep tears of joy. From continental classics to exotic delights, every craving is satisfied. I'm still daydreaming about those breakfasts – they alone are worth the stay. And let's not forget the view from my room – breathtaking doesn't even begin to cover it. Waking up to that kind of scenery is like getting a daily dose of visual therapy. In a nutshell, if you're ready to treat yourself like royalty, the Marriott Resort on Palm Jumeirah is the place to be. It's a stay that feels like a vacation from reality, and I can't recommend it enough. Treat yourself – you deserve it.

I had some difficulty with the check in, booked luxe sea view room thinking of the pool view as shown in the website then they gave me a room which was totally different , can’t see any pool view , spoke with somebody in the phone from the room as I was not happy of the room , then a lady , named Freya spoke who was very rude and very poor customer service who was not trying to help in any way , I was not happy then went to the reception to speak about it , there was a receptionist named Anjali , who was very lovely , who sort out my room problem and gave me a new room as advertised and I was very happy . Because of receptionist Anjali ,who was brilliant, had great customer service made my day and saved my experience in the hotel . I am giving all these 5 star just for Anjali, who was star of my visit to the hotel , otherwise will have given 0 star for the customer service provided by the in-house room manager Freya , who was rude and zero customer service , donor try to help in anyway . The place is really good mainly for parties , young people . I love the place , vibes.

We had a one bedroom suite with a kitchen with sea view. It was very well equipped, with dishwasher and washing machine. Very comfortable bed. Very clean on arrival and cleaned every day with fresh towels etc. The hotel has excellent facilities - large restaurant area, gym and swimming pool. Breakfast choice was superb. It is very well located - short walking distance to the Tram (Palm Jumeirah station) and the monorail to the Palm. Most notably are the hotel staff who were always welcoming, polite and helpful -especially Main at the hotel reception who was very helpful when we needed a doctor

We decided on a hotel to celebrate my daughters 4th birthday and The hilton Palm jumerah seemed like a perfect option after checking the website. Since the second I got out my car I felt like I was at home with warm welcoming from everybody to valet, reception even the staff mopping in the lobby. The whole place is just immaculate. The pool bar was amazing, the 2 clubhouse for kids on each side of the pool was a perfect idea in this design. I will never forget the breakfast buffet as it even had food there that I have never seen or tried before. Josh, RJ, Natasha and Rashani Shakira were some of the names I can not forget, there engagement with me was very nice and professional. We could feel the care and tone in there voice that she went out her way to make sure my wife and 2 kids were happy and comfortable in the Executive lounge. Josh and RJ were so friendly to us and my daughter and stood by our side while hosting our daughters birthday caring for any extra needs we had. We will definitely be back for my sons 1st birthday as this gem of a hotel is an amazing place with amazing people.

Hotel is targetted for young travelers. Lovely chic interiors. Staggered main swimming pool is like step pool found in Pamukkale in Turkey. Good for sun athing but not much fun for swimming. Good salad options for the breakfast. enjoyed the stay.
